Dr. Silvia Los earned her Medical Degree at Buenos Aires University and completed her Specialty in Family Medicine at UMass (University of Massachusetts). Soon after she was awarded the Honor degree of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine for her contributions in Medical Education, patient advocacy, and leadership.

Dr Los has more than 15 years of experience in Family Medicine and has a great vision to transform Primary Care. She has achieved professional experiences through working in University Clinics, Community Health Centers and Private Practices in multiple states, and international experience in Australia and Argentina.

Dr Los is passionate about all aspects of Family Medicine.

Yurley Angarita-Triana board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She specializes in lifestyle improvement, weight management, patient education, and preventive health.

Yurley was born and raised in Colombia and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to effectively connect with a diverse patient population.

Jacqueline was raised in Katy, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. After serving patients as a registered nurse in orthopedic trauma, emergency services, and forensic nursing she went on to study at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jacqueline has extensive experience in urgent care treating acute illnesses, minor injuries, trauma and minor procedures. Jacqueline is also a Certified DOT Medical Examiner.

Jacqueline enjoys all aspects family medicine including preventative medicine, women’s health, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and in office procedures for minor injuries. She lives here in Katy, Texas with her husband, two sons, and rescue dog. In her spare times she enjoys exercising, hiking, and camping with her family.

Leanne is a local Fulshear area Resident who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union University in Tennessee, She began her healthcare career as a Registered Nurse in the Neurocritical Care Unit at Methodist Hospital in Memphis, where she cared for patients for five years. In 2015, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Since becoming an NP, Leanne has delivered compassionate, comprehensive care to patients across Texas, including in Waco, Katy, and Sugarland. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with particular clinical interests in preventive care, women’s health, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and minor in-office procedures.

In addition to her nursing credentials, Leanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master of Public Health, further enhancing her holistic and patient-centered approach to care.

Leanne now resides in Fulshear with her family and remains actively engaged in the local community.

Jessie Chun-Yin Wu is originally from Taiwan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from China Medical University and a master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from National Taiwan University. She completed her nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner education at The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at Arlington.

She provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, managing both chronic and acute conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders, asthma, COPD, anemia, depression, and anxiety, as well as acute illnesses such as respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, and skin conditions. She performs annual physical exams, manages medications, reviews laboratory and diagnostic results, ensures preventive care such as vaccinations and routine health screenings are up to date, monitors controlled substances, and coordinates referrals to specialists when needed. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English.
