Meet Your Primary Care Doctors in Katy, Cinco Ranch & Fulshear

Dr. Silvia Los earned her Medical Degree at Buenos Aires University and completed her Specialty in Family Medicine at UMass (University of Massachusetts). Soon after she was awarded the Honor degree of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine for her contributions in Medical Education, patient advocacy, and leadership.

Dr Los has more than 15 years of experience in Family Medicine and has a great vision to transform Primary Care. She has achieved professional experiences through working in University Clinics, Community Health Centers and Private Practices in multiple states, and international experience in Australia and Argentina. Dr Los is passionate about all aspects of Family Medicine. Our primary care doctor Silvia Los practices family medicine and primary care services at the Katy, Fulshear, and Cinco Ranch locations. 

Lander García De Rojas is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive primary care for patients ages 5 and older at our Katy location. His practice focuses on preventive care and the evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and other common primary care concerns.

With previous medical training in Family Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery, Lander also has a particular interest in joint, bone, and muscle conditions and musculoskeletal pain. He is committed to listening carefully, clearly explaining results and treatment options, and providing attentive, personalized care. Lander provides care in both English and Spanish.

Jacqueline was raised in Katy, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. After serving patients as a registered nurse in orthopedic trauma, emergency services, and forensic nursing she went on to study at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jacqueline has extensive experience in urgent care treating acute illnesses, minor injuries, trauma and minor procedures. Jacqueline is also a Certified DOT Medical Examiner. She is committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care to individuals and families in Katy.

Jacqueline enjoys all aspects family medicine including preventative medicine, women’s health, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and in office procedures for minor injuries. She lives here in Katy, Texas with her husband, two sons, and rescue dog. In her spare times she enjoys exercising, hiking, and camping with her family.

Jessie Chun-Yin Wu is originally from Taiwan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from China Medical University and a master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from National Taiwan University. She completed her nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner education at The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at Arlington.

She provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in Fulshear and katy, managing both chronic and acute conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disorders, asthma, COPD, anemia, depression, and anxiety, as well as acute illnesses such as respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, and skin conditions. She performs annual physical exams, manages medications, reviews laboratory and diagnostic results, ensures preventive care such as vaccinations and routine health screenings are up to date, monitors controlled substances, and coordinates referrals to specialists when needed. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English.

Carolina Camacho is a Texas-licensed, fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Physician Assistant. She earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at Brownsville and her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Carolina provides primary care to patients in Katy, with a focus on chronic disease management and acute illness, including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and mental health concerns.

As a person of faith who is the first college graduate and healthcare professional in her entire family, Carolina knows that families yearn for empowering patient care experiences with providers who can treat their health conditions and be passionate advocates to improve their health trajectories. Accordingly, her mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care that transforms patients’ well-being in a dignified, spirit-empowering manner. Outside of work, Carolina enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cooking and baking, reading, biking, and exploring great food and recreational activities in the Katy/Houston area.
