Arrival and Check-in

Upon entering the Practice you will be assisted by our friendly, professional reception staff who will be happy to help with check-in registration. and assist with any Insurance questions. Our Practice Manager, Insurance & Billing staff are also available to answer any questions.

Triage Care

Our team-care based approach to Primary Care provides more thorough care from the moment you enter the Practice. After checking in with the reception and a short wait in the main waiting room, a triage nursing staff member will take you to a private room to initiate the visit by reviewing medications, refill needs and reason for the visit today. All relevant information is entered into your chart so that your doctor is well prepared to see you.

Nurse/Sick Patient Treatment

Basic vitals measurements may be conducted at the Triage stage also including any preparatory tests such as flu or strep tests, etc. Our Nursing staff is on hand in the neighboring Treatment room to assist with testing. When patients present to the Office with acute illness such as flu/cold symptoms, patients may be directed to the Treatment room for treatment by the Doctor. This process reduces spread of illnesses within the Practice.

Your Doctor's Visit

After Triage, you will be directed to our 2nd waiting room where the Doctor will call you when ready. You will be seen in your Doctor's office which is roomy and comfortable. If necessary, a screened examination table is available inside the office for any necessary exams.

This process allows for more face-to-face time between Doctor and Patient, leading to better medical care and clinical outcomes.

Check-Out

After completing your visit with the Doctor, you will proceed to the check-out counter in reception to finalize any follow-up appointments or referral instructions. Any additional questions can be answered by reception staff or with the referral specialist as needed.
