Dr. Rachel Conkin Kaminski
Specialty: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & Sports Medicine
Dr. Kaminski graduated from medical school at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She completed residency at University of Oklahoma in Tulsa in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and served as chief resident. She completed fellowship in Sports Medicine at Texas Tech. She is board certified in these fields and has 7 years of experience.
She has a focus in concussion management, regenerative medicine, obesity medicine, eating disorders in athletes, working with musculoskeletal injuries, working with hypermobility syndromes, and in breastfeeding medicine.
Dr Kaminski routinely performs joint injections, tendon sheath injections, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, hydro-dissections, prolotherapy, fracture care including casting, and extensive concussion management, as well as continuing all aspects of primary care for all ages.
Dr. Shervy Xavier
Specialty: Family Medicine
Dr. Shervy Xavier lived in Illinois for most of her life. She graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with Bachelor of Science in Biology. She completed medical school at American University of Antigua and completed her Family Medicine residency at University of Buffalo.
She is board certified in Family Medicine. She enjoys the diversity that primary care offers and appreciates being able to provide continuity of care for her patients. In addition to diagnosing and treating illnesses, she also likes to focus on providing preventive and comprehensive care.
Her approach to patient care is to be a patient advocate, to treat more than just the symptoms and to engage in shared decision-making to help patient attain their health care goals. Dr Xavier speaks Malayalam and when she’s not practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Dr. Silvia Los, MD, FAAFP
Specialty: Family Practice
Dr. Silvia Los earned her Medical Degree at Buenos Aires University and completed her Specialty in Family Medicine at UMass (University of Massachusetts). Soon after she was awarded the Honor degree of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine for her contributions in Medical Education, patient advocacy, and leadership.
Dr Los has more than 15 years of experience in Family Medicine and has a great vision to transform Primary Care. She has achieved professional experiences through working in University Clinics, Community Health Centers and Private Practices in multiple states, and international experience in Australia and Argentina.
Dr Los is passionate about all aspects of Family Medicine.
Dr. Nicole Nguyen
Specialty: Family Practice
Dr. Nicole Nguyen was born in Vietnam and raised here in Texas since the age of 3. She speaks fluent Vietnamese.
She attained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Houston, and proceeded to earn her Doctor of Medicine from University of Texas Medical Branch.
Following this, she completed Residency in Family Medicine at Memorial SW Family Practice in Houston. Dr. Nguyen is a board certified family physician and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
During her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Jacqueline Tedesco NP-C
Specialty: Family Practice
Jacqueline was raised in Katy, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. After serving patients as a registered nurse in orthopedic trauma, emergency services, and forensic nursing she went on to study at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jacqueline has extensive experience in urgent care treating acute illnesses, minor injuries, trauma and minor procedures. Jacqueline is also a Certified DOT Medical Examiner.
Jacqueline enjoys all aspects family medicine including preventative medicine, women’s health, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and in office procedures for minor injuries.
She lives here in Katy, Texas with her husband, two sons, and rescue dog. In her spare times she enjoys exercising, hiking, and camping with her family.
