Dr Los is board certified and a Fellow in Family Medicine. She has established an enviable reputation as one of the most sought after Family Medicine Doctors in the area and is the Group's longest serving Physician.

Dr. Los is taking appointments for both the New Fulshear location and our existing Katy Ranch Location.

Dr Rachel Conkin Kaminski

Dr Kaminski is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Sports Medicine giving her an incredible range of expertise in Primary Care for all ages.

In addition to a full range of Family Medicine, Dr Kaminski has a special focus on working with school-age children for athletic injury prevention & recovery, diet, concussion management as well as general musculoskeletal injuries, and regenerative medicine/procedures.

Dr Kaminski will be a valuable asset to the Cross Creek community and looks forward to providing care for the local people and surrounding areas.

Jacqueline Sadowski, FNP-C

Jacqueline is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in orthopedic trauma, emergency services, and forensic nursing. She has extensive experience in urgent care treating acute illnesses, minor injuries, trauma and minor procedures.

Jacqueline was raised in Katy, TX and enjoys all aspects family medicine including preventative medicine, women’s health, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and in office procedures for minor injuries and is also a Certified DOT Medical Examiner.
