We look forward to seeing you at our newest location. We have 2 amazing Family Doctors with Same-Day Appointments available most days. We see all adults and kids 5yrs and above. We provide a full range of Primary Care services including Wellness Exams, Sick/acute visits, Chronic Care management and many more.
Dr Shervy Xavier
Dr Xavier is board certified in Family Medicine. She enjoys the diversity that primary care offers and appreciates being able to provide continuity of care for her patients. In addition to diagnosing and treating illnesses, she also likes to focus on providing preventive and comprehensive care.
Her approach to patient care is to be a patient advocate, to treat more than just the symptoms and to engage in shared decision-making to help patient attain their health care goals.
